Designation	Overseas Division
Job Description	Job Description: Candidates job will be supporting the operational team with multiple strategy and training the overseas staff regarding the sales promotion, marketing research and different methodologies. There will be a wide range of activities to be performed depending upon the operation demands. As the head office is headquartered in Japan, there are possibilities of business trip on regular interval of time. We do support the freshers in this case.
Qualifications	Candidates will be visiting different countries such as China, Hongkong, India, Singapore etc regarding official work and business terms. Along with the university degree we are looking for multiple language proficiency with the must of business level English. We do support the freshers in this case
Salary	Basic Salary up to ¥30,000. Business trip expenses to abroad will be paid by the company. Training period will be of 3 months. Further the candidates persistent are confirmed evaluating the performance and capability. Increment of the salary is on regular basis based on employee and team achievements and performances.
Salary Pattern	25 years old, for the Joining year. Annual Income: 5.4 million (Monthly salary 300,000 + Incentives 150,000) 31 years old, after 3 years. Annual Income 10.44 million (Monthly salary 550,000 + Incentives 320,000
Work Location	〒162-0804 Tokyo, Shinjuku-ku, Nakazato-cho, 27 Kagurazaka First Building 5F There may be scenarios where employees have to travel to India, Hongkong, China and Overseas.
Working Hours	Weekdays: 10:00 ~ 20:00 Saturday and National holidays: 13:00 ~18:00
Holiday/Vacation	Sunday paid leave, New Year Holiday, Family Events celebration or condolence leave, Golden Week Vacation, Obon Vacation.
